– West Mersea, Essex –
We worked alongside Wright Ruffell Sturicks at this costal bungalow to remove an existing conservatory and form a replacement modern glazed extension, constructed up to current building regulations to create a space which can be enjoyed throughout the year. The scheme also included converting the garage to form an annex with extensive landscaping improvements to all external amenity areas.

We recently undertook the planning and building regulations for Weeks Group for a 3 bedroom chalet bungalow with associated garage and amenity space.

Wright Ruffell Cameron had the pleasure of creating an 8 plot
development in the Suffolk countryside comprising of 6 semi-detached bungalows and 2 detached bungalows alongside Reeve Brown for Nudoh Developments.
Working with Reeve Brown to obtain planning permission we then undertook the building regulations and SAP & heat loss calculations.
